Our RUSH service guarantees that your professional appraisal report is electronically delivered to you by email within 24-48 hours after the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and typically adds a 20% of upcharge to our normal appraisal fee depending on the scope of work involved.

Our SUPER-RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 24 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends) and typically adds a 50% of upcharge to our normal appraisal fee.
